With room for expansion, the community is built on 50 acres of wooded land located on the Hanover / Norwell line. The traditional New England design boasts meandering roads, natural views, 25 acres of open space and an “Interchangable Carriage House” design.

The 5,420 square foot Elms Community Center features an activity room, recreation room, function hall, kitchen, and private office facilities for the condo association’s administrative functions.
