The Bog Ice Arena is a 30,000 square foot addition to existing 50,000 square foot NHL size hockey rink facility with P3 acting as both Construction Manager and Project Manager. The addition features a state-of-the-art ice making system complete with under slab detailing utilizing energy efficient cooling tower and plant. The addition is encompassed by a complete dehumidifying system and includes two new rinks, one full size rink and one half size rink, ten locker/team rooms, a concession stand, and energy efficient lighting. The addition also included a brand new, twenty four hundred square foot observation deck as well as two electric, remote controlled, scoreboards. The improvements, and state-of-the-art additions have substantially increased the volume of skaters and team ice time reservations. Revenues have shown significant growth.
