Phase I:
Roof Replacement

Removed the existing roof membrane system including the insulation, repaired the roof deck as needed, and provided a new roof membrane and insulation.

Phase II:
Boiler Replacement

The two existing dual fired cast iron sectional steam boilers were replaced with one new dual fired hot water boiler and one new gas fired hot water boiler. Modification to existing combustion air intake, hot water supply and return piping, hot water circulating pumps, cold water piping, expansion tanks, insulation, new controls, and related work was also completed as part of the project.
