Due to our extensive experience window replacement projects, P3 was hired by the City of Springfield to manage their own window and door replacement project for their South End Middle School building. As of March 2018, the project budget is being prepared for the Mass. School Building Authority’s review and consideration. When the project is funded by the local and state authorities, P3 anticipates completing the design phase and bid documents by the Summer of 2018, and advertising the project for a Spring 2019 construction period. The project includes approximately 80 aluminum windows, extensive masonry repair, accessibility upgrades, and a small number of exterior doors.
