P3 was invited to explore replacing the entire roof at the Gloucester High School in 2017. After successfully bidding the project well below budget, the roof was completely replaced on time before the opening of school in the Fall of 2017. Due to significant bid savings, the project team and City elected to proceed with additional scope associated with the HVAC roof top units and general ventilation system.  

With the units installed in April 2018, the building’s air quality and circulation is significantly better. This improvement, coupled with a new roof system, including code compliant levels of insulation and protection, the building performs better than ever.
