Roof Replacement
This project includes the removal of the reinforced EPDM membrane roof system down to the concrete deck. The new roof systems include new vapor barrier over the existing roof decks, new mechanically fastened polyisosanurate insulation, new fully adhered gypsum cover board and fully adhered EPDM membrane. All metal fascias will be replaced with new aluminum with backed enamel finish.
