As OPM for the City of Greenfield, P3′s services included the oversight of the $1.8M contract and replacement of the class¬room ventilators and associated appurtenances and hot water distribution piping in conjunction with the conversion from a steam boiler system to a hot water boiler system.

Running the project concurrently with the Green Repair Project to maximize resources and minimizing the length of disruption – particularly to the schools – P3 will managed the expedited program and ensure on time completion of the projects.
