The Town of Eastham was approved by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners to receive a generous grant to help with local funding to build a brand new library for local and visiting patrons. The library will consist of a 18,100 square foot, split level facility to serve spaces dedicated to children’s reading, young adults, general book stacks, a large public meeting room, and various support spaces. In addition this project will preserve a historical portion of the existing library for which the new structure will expand on.
