Hanover Sylvester School was built in 1927 from a gift from Edmund Q. Sylvester who was tired of going to Town Meeting and listening to inaction on a new school.
P3 led the Study for the solution to that 91 year old Structure. That solution was an addition of 57,000 SF to the existing 47,000 SF Center School. The project will bring elementary educational space and opportunity past today to well into the future. The solution involves a new Structural Steel, Masonry clad two story classroom wing with a one story courtyard wrap around housing administration, food services and a new cafeteria.
